The employee we worked with (I feel terribly I don’t remember his name) was very respectful, knowledgeable, and considerate of our needs. He asked us specific questions to narrow down what we were really needing and looking for. I appreciated his time and expertise as he helped us.

We just moved to the area and needed a mattress. Cascade was our first stop and we had an excellent experience! Ernie was helpful in finding the type of mattress we wanted within our budget. We were lucky enough to find one that was in stock and it was delivered two days later. Rick had our new bed off the truck and in the house within minutes. We had a wonderful experience all around and will definitely come back next time we are in the market! Thank you!

I did everything over the phone and online. I knew what I wanted and Scott was great with a quick and easy order process. Zak was a huge help in the payment and tracking process, very helpful and communicative. Everything came sooner than I expected which was fantastic. I also couldn’t be happier with the set up process, David and his partner were great! David made sure everything was perfect before taking off. This is a review for a sale and mattress from April of 2022z My wife and I had an excellent experience at Cascade Mattress. Ernie I believe is the salesman who helped us out, and we were able to get same day delivery on our mattress--they even beat us back to our home! We tried looking at a couple other places, but were more impressed with the offering and prices given and their respect to our desired budget. Another store was not as respectful of our desire to stay in a specific range and kept pushing financing (which I said no to a couple times). Ernie was very helpful though in finding mattresses we liked, and explained what set the different mattresses apart from each other. We ended up getting a floor model that was discontinued and so it was at a good deal. Over a year later and the mattress is still perfect for us, not a single complaint. I recommend them to anyone who asks for a mattress store especially since they are a local place.
